Our client, one of the leading Wedding and Function venues in Chester is looking to appoint a part time Sales & Marketing Coordinator. As Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing future and repeat business, together with all aspects of their marketing strategy

Key responsibilities include:

Identifying new contacts, develop sales leads, and respond to sales opportunities in order to maximise revenueUnderstanding fully their amenities, packages and promotionsGenerating and developing sales leads and contact potential clients to build business relationshipsProducing quotations and written confirmation to all clientsProducing accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the Sales and Marketing Director and senior management to include the reporting of appointments, calls made and business leadsMonitoring customer satisfaction regularly and resolve any outstanding issues to ensure future businessArranging and carrying out customer viewingsMaintaining and regularly updating website and social media outletsProducing monthly Newsletter

Key skills & requirements:

  • Previous Sales & Marketing experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High level of IT skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Proactive approach to meeting deadlines and targets
  • Excellent organisational and administration skills
  • Previous experience working within in a MICE environment
  • It may be an advantage if you:

  • Had a Sales & Marketing qualification
