Sacco Mann are working with a well-respected law firm to recruit a Trainee Administrator for their Manchester office.
Your job purpose will be to provide an efficient, client-focused office administration and reception service in line with the firm's requirements.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Work closely with the Post Completion team providing general day to day assistance
General office duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing
Preparation of invoices
Closing down completed files
Franking of external post
Delivery and collection of post throughout the office
Coordinate messenger and courier service
Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail
