About the role

We want you to make sure that everyone receives the very best care and support according to their assessed needs. As well as involving residents in the development of individual support plans, you’ll also assist with their personal care needs. Preparing their meals; involving them in day centre activities and ensuring they take their medication are all aspects of the role, as is keeping accurate records and documentation. You will be a role model, and provide supervision and guidance to your colleagues, ensuring that the home is running smoothly.

About the home

At Belgrave lodge we offer independent living training that’s tailored to each resident’s needs. Belgrave lodge is on the grounds of Lewin House within Aylesbury. The service is designed for adults with learning disabilities who may have physical support needs or dementia.
