Strategic marketing consultancy is seeking an experienced and efficient Office Co-coordinator to work as part of the Office Management supp port team. Hours 30-40 per week.

You will be a versatile and reliable team player who is able to multi-task and deal with a varied workload. Your duties will cover administrative and organisational tasks supporting HR, Finance, Operations and Consultants.

You should have significant B2B experience and be accustomed to dealing with an international client base. Administrative experience and a methodical approach to work with great attention to detail
* Good IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft packages and Outlook
* Ability to work on your own initiative and have good organisational skills
* Initiative to suggest and take on tasks for the benefit of the team/the company as a whole
* Flexibility, pro-activity, self-motivation and drive
* Timely work attendance, committed, reliable and supportive
* Completion of tasks accurately and within deadlines
* Awareness and compliance with Health & Safety procedures
