The role is office based in Brighouse, just off the M62, easily commutable from Manchester and Leeds. You will work closely with the marketing team and the business development team, as well as the technical departments to achieve and push for greatness.

Job Spec:

Work in collaboration with the Marketing Manager to ensure the strategic deployment and co-ordination of the company’s brand and global ATL (Above The Line) marketing activities.

Demonstrating a best in class understanding of the Commercial Vehicle and Agriculture Platform and the associated channels to market to build and consolidate the company’s premium positioning, and strengthen and deepen the key areas of uniqueness which support the company’s differentiation strategy in the market place.

This will be achieved through the monitoring of market trends, price positioning, conducting consumer and business research to identify target markets /customers and the analysis of all relevant data to feedback in a manner designed to assist the decision making process of both clients and the senior internal management of the organisation. The role involves a close working relationship with the CV Business Manager and encompasses product, process and program management, and the development and deployment of channel specific BTL (Below The Line) marketing initiatives including all appropriate activity designed to develop both presence and market share for the company.

Demonstrate leadership and inclusiveness, working in collaboration and integration with all the other internal business managers to ensure the strategic goals and ambitions of the organisation are achieved and rigorously maintained at all times.

·Marketing qualification, ideally CIM.

·Experience of marketing in an innovative and differentiated B2B commercial vehicle fleet or OEM environment would be beneficial.

·Experience of technical based B2B selling and marketing is essential.

·Experience in dealing with export markets would be desirable.
