NEW EXCITING OPPORTUNITY NOW AVAILABLE, working for one of the biggest estate & lettings agencies in the UK, with 6 brands, nearly 400 offices and over 2000 staff nationally!
Our client’s central office in Bournemouth operates 5 of the 6 brands who have different strengths and identities within the property sector, but who exactly are they?
Well…that’s where you come in. The Brand Manager will be pivotal in reviewing and creating individual identities for all 5 High Street brands! Working with the Marketing Director the Brand Manager will be exposed to many opportunities; you will cultivate not only the brands but your own skills and experiences in the years ahead. Key responsibilities:
  • Review and define a clear brand voice and identity for all 5 brands
  • Create and implement brand guidelines and communicate these clearly across the office network
  • Review all marketing collateral and ensure the correct materials are being used both on and off line
  • Develop and implement regular brand campaigns across all marketing media and platforms
  • Continue to develop long-term brand plans which meet the ambitions of the business
  • Manage new brand initiatives which will appeal to the consumer
  • Manage key suppliers (which include Rightmove and Zoopla) and be well versed in their products and solutions which offices can leverage the advantages of
  • Day to day management of the brands’ preferred print supplier and ensure KPI’s and SLA’s are met
What we are looking for:
  • Sound knowledge of brand management and extensive experience reviewing existing consumer brands
  • A background in both print and digital marketing
  • Experience managing suppliers including delivery of work within given timeframes
  • Proof of an analytical and strategic mind-set that can plan and adapt in equal measure
  • Superb communication skills both verbal and written including diplomacy
  • Examples of brand reviews performed which improved their performance in real terms
  • Proven experience in producing brand guidelines
  • Either client side or agency will be considered, but the you must be able to manage multiple brands simultaneously
  • Experience of working in a cross disciplined team and collaborating across different areas
  • A self-starter, who is motivated, driven and enthused
