What is the role?
As an established sales person, your experience in generating and growing new accounts will be invaluable to increasing our client base.
The role is purely a 180 role where you will work closely with the resourcing team, who will support you by finding the right calibre Apprentices for your clients. This is ideal for an experienced Recruitment/Sales Consultant that enjoys engaging with customers but no longer wants to work the candidate side.
Using your business development and customer relationship skills, your role is vital in helping Learners onto new and exciting career paths. Energising existing employees with new skills and helping business’ grow & develop the most important parts of their organisation… the people who make it happen!
How will we support you?
Whether you have industry experience or not, we have a dedicated five month training programme to help you understand the services we provide as well as support from your Manager - Brett.
New to the world of apprenticeships, Brett joined QAA in January 2016 to build the midlands sales team. Describing his team as 'Quirky’, they like to go for regular team building sessions and he believes in an autonomous and accountability environment. Targets are set on a revenue basis within the team giving you the scope to build your own mini business within the region generating an uncapped revenue stream of commission.
The current team consists of four sales and two Resourcers, of which Brett is looking to grow into two separate sub teams working the midlands area. This is therefore a great opportunity for you to grow and further push your career forward
Financial package and benefits
We understand that as an experienced sales professional you are not easy to prise away from the success you have built, therefore we are offering a base salary up to £27,000 per annum (dependant on exp), £12,000 commission (uncapped), Private Pension as well as 25 days holiday, 2 days paid Charity work each year for a charity of your choice (which we actively encourage), 3 days of additional training which does not need to be relevant to your role from our very own course selection (1,500 to be precise), subsidised gym membership and cycle to work scheme (for those who are already down the gym or for those that have put it on their new year’s resolution).
Must have’s (We do need the following):
- Proven business development experience - generating new business and growing accounts
- Experience cold calling
- Customer service & retention
- Driving licence + own car would be an advantage, but not necessary
