Dynamics CRM Administrator
Dynamics CRM Administrator required to join a growing organisation in Edinburgh city centre. The company have recently opened a new office in Edinburgh and are in need of an administrator to help aid the organisation with an ongoing digital project, as well as administering the system across the whole business.
The company have a strong CRM development background, however they vitally need someone who is strong across configuration. This role will be important in making sure the Dynamics users are satisfied and they would also consider someone who is a Dynamics CRM super user.
The company provide a range of financial solutions and are looking to establish a new in-house technical team. The company have recently moved into a spectacular new office, and have established a very strong technical team over the last 18 months. Your role will range from dealing with minor configuration queries to user requests, whilst also acting as the point of contact to the CRM development partner.
Ideally you will have experience and knowledge of:
** User administration of Dynamics CRM 2013 or 2016
** creating reports and data management in Dynamics
** Customisation and configuration of Dynamics CRM
** 1st line Dynamics CRM support
** Any previous SQL knowledge would be a benefit
The company have offices throughout the UK, with this role being based from the office in the heart of Edinburgh city centre. You will work initially with a very friendly team who are situated within a number of UK wide offices, and will receive good employee benefits including a very good pension.
