Hamlin Knight are currently for a Marketing Executive for this well established company in Coventry.

The position will be be responsible for shaping and delivering an internal communications programme that creates engagement across the business. The successful candidate will create communications to raise the profile of specific projects and use multimedia channels to reach a wide audience. In addition, you will have responsibility for the development and management of the firm's intranet. The role will manage the internal communications strategy, scheduling regular communications, whilst looking at new ways to reach out to a varied internal audience. The position will sit in the Marketing Communications function of the team, supporting the team to deliver an integrated internal and external communications strategy.

Main responsibilities
*Work with the Marketing Communications Manager to develop an engaging Internal Communications strategy, incorporating the company's external communications plan.
*Manage and conduct the day-to-day drafting, scheduling and delivery of internal communications activity including weekly newsletters, daily updates, team briefs and internal communication campaigns.
*Research, compile and write the internal communications ensuring compelling content creation across a variety of media including: internal email, intranet, video and print.
*On a daily basis work closely with our in-house Designers to ensure content is engaging and on brand. For larger internal campaigns brief Designers and work alongside the team to bring to life internal campaigns in a creative and engaging form.
*Conduct interviews with stakeholders, including key Executives from across the business.
*Work cross-functionally to distribute stories that deliver corporate messages.
*Support HR with communication of engagement initiatives.

The successful candidate will have knowledge of, and experience in Microsoft Office Applications, Excellent written communication / drafting skills, good verbal communication skills, accuracy and precision in use of language and numbers, demonstrate project management expertise, demonstrable ability to analyse and solve problems and work autonomously, enthusiasm, creativity, excellent interpersonal skills, high energy.
