The Job
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual. The role of Administrator is crucial to their success in providing a brilliant environment for their pupils to learn & live.
Working Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week (52 weeks per year), receive a salary of £15,000 - £17,000 depending on experience. Holidays are 6.6 weeks per year (which includes allowance for bank holidays)
As the Administrator you will be providing clerical & administrative support, to ensure the continued effective function of the schools office.
Main duties: Clerical & administrative support, receiving and dispatching school mail, liaising with; parents, guardians, local educational authorities & other external agencies, receiving & providing hospitality to visitors and trustees, maintaining visitors log book, recording concise and accurate meeting minutes and distributing appropriately and administer all pupil record systems.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within an education environment, with previous administration experience, good working knowledge of Microsoft packages, confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and customer facing skills, strong organisational skills and the ability to work accurately with attention to detail.
