A leading Tech organisation is on the lookout for a Customer Marketing Manager to join their rapidly expanding team. This is a new opening within the team and a key hire for 2018.

The team is full of experienced top Digital Marketers coming from a range of backgrounds.

Based in Liverpool Street, this is an opportunity to take full ownership for consumer communications and CRM strategy.

In this role you'll be tasked with introducing a new ESP, migrating data into a single customer view, and helping to deliver an automated customer lifecycle. The role will encompass direct channel acquisition including email, as well as factoring in retention strategy.

Essential Skills and Experience

* 4+ years' experience with Salesforce/Exact Target or a similar platform
* Results-driven: ensuring marketing activities fulfil strategic goals & drive results
* A willingness to work flexibility with an ability to adapt in a fast moving environment
*Proven track record of planning and executing CRM strategies
*Experience in email marketing, DM and CRM programmes
