Areas of Contribution:-We’re looking for an experienced, analytical and creative Growth Marketer to work on scaling all of our marketing and growth activities for ClearHub.

Accountability for developing, planning and forecasting campaigns and schedules, that deliver revenue-generating acquisition plans, whilst delivering targets against clients marketing objectives.Working accurately on digital advertising platforms including all PPC, Retargeting, Banner Advertising and SEO.Constantly reviewing website analytics to optimize landing pages, user engagement, click through rates and funnel goal conversion metrics.Responsible for overseeing creative development of digital assets.Drive complex CRM and community planning, production and reporting on performance and quality of data across the the team(s) and touch points.Monitoring advertising across all major social media channels to ensure timely reputation management and performance tracking.Advert and landing page A-B testing.Advertise and maintain a presence on partner and industry websites, and with Public Relations platforms.Produce regular detailed reports and provide other statistics as required to understand ROI on digital marketing activities.Play your part in customer case studies and all customer satisfaction related marketing.Act as a brand guardian at all times.Leadership, coaching, & development across the team.Essential Skills/Experience:-

3-5+ years of digital/growth marketing experience and success, ideally some of which has been in a start-up, or a lean and agile environment.A growth orientated mindset and ability to work with agility on self direct projectsBe able to demonstrate a focus on conversion/CPA within Paid Search that has led to performance improvement on multiple occasions.Experienced in marketing automation and CRM environments, ideally Pardot, Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.Demonstrate a high degree of capability in delivering paid social campaigns across LinkedIn (and Facebook and Twitter)A foundational understanding of of SEO best practices and experience with tools such as SEMrush, MOZ etcUnderstand best practices around campaign creation, execution, lead nurturing and scoring.Working knowledge with HTML, CSS and SQL (Bonus if you know JavaScript)A passion for analytics and the ability to work creatively to solve problems and seek advantages and impactful opportunities.3+ years experience in managing Google Adwords, ideally holding a valid Google Analytics Certification.Desired Skills/Experience:-
