Kinetica are currently recruiting for an experienced and confident individual to take on the role of an EMEA Demand Generation Marketing Communications Manager. The successful candidate would join a market leading company that develops and manufactures products to assist life science researchers within the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Planning and monitoring all aspects of Demand Generation & Marketing Communications activities in EMEA
  • Continuously developing processes to ensure effective delivery of all CDG and LSG tactical marketing initiatives
  • Monitoring the Marketing Operations budget with assistance from the EMEA Marketing Operations Manager
  • Extensive co-ordination of marketing communications programmes and resources, at a regional and local level
  • Offering leadership and direct management to the Demand Generation and Marketing Communications team
  • Ensuring all demand generation activities are prepared considering the agreed upon overall goals
  • Working with the global marketing teams to continually deliver the best practices in demand generation
  • Ensuring all communication is compliant with company guidelines
  • Developing mechanisms for measuring effectiveness, and continually measuring the performance and ROI metrics on all on- and off-line demand generation activities
Candidate requirements:

  • A marketing related degree or professional qualification and/or a Life Science or Clinical Diagnostics qualification
  • Strong people management experience
  • Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with Project Management Software, ideally Wrike
  • A result orientated mind
  • High influencing skills
  • Understanding of Marketing Automation Software, ideally Marketo
