To lead the implementation of marketing plans for all retention and acquisition activity.

To lead the creative development of retention campaigns to deliver continually improved creative, copy and formats and to devise a testing plan to deliver incremental conversion whilst adhering to agreed brand guidelines. Ensuring seasonal campaigns are implemented in a visually consistent manner.

To liaise with the Merchandising team to agree product selection/paginations across respective marketing materials. Where appropriate briefing Product team to develop items to best fit with promotional requirements

To continually evaluate on-going campaign performance and make recommendations to the Head of'

To be responsible for producing dashboards showing results of campaigns, return on investment and proposals for new initiatives & improvements.

To manage longer term projects to deliver key developments to the retention and acquisition marketing channels where appropriate.

To develop campaign briefs to drive consistency across marketing channels and ensure these principles are communicated to website team for journey consistency.

Leading creative development across marketing plans, ensuring compliance to agreed campaign briefs, seasonal campaign principles & brand guidelines - overseeing the creative sign off for all campaigns.

To be responsible for implementing plans for all direct mail campaigns in line with the business marketing strategy and to manage these campaigns on a day to day basis.

To create & manage activity to agreed monthly/weekly sales forecasts for marketing channels/activities.

To effectively manage direct mail, data, email and design agency relationships and budgets to deliver against set targets.

To maximise conversion to order rates, incremental order gain and ROI for all campaigns .

To be responsible for email deliverability, open rates and click through rates.


Commercial with end to end campaign execution experience

Competent on Excel

Strong communicator and able to develop relationships with 3rd parties

Ability to hit the ground running and impact quickly working to tight deadlines

Job Offer

Potential to do a 4 day week (if candidate wishes otherwise full time)

Potential to work from home 1 day
