Marketing CRM Manager with excellent CRM, Marketing Campaign, CRM Strategy and B2C campaign expertise is highly sought by a multiple award winning games studio based in Birmingham who are the UK's largest privately owned mobile e-gaming studio! In this position, you will manage the delivery of all CRM activity for our brands (inc SMS marketing, email, push, loyalty programmes etc) and generate, track and analyse a suite of CRM related routine reports with a focus on reporting and performance. We are currently utilizing a number of campaigns via SMS and we have established plans to extend our CRM activity to email and in-game push notifications to focus on both acquisition and retention.

In terms of your skill-set, you will have previous experience in a marketing/CRM team (agency or client side) with good experience executing B2C campaigns including A/B testing, segmentations, campaign planning, content writing and promotional calendar management (bonuses, promotions, campaigns etc).

Key skills we're looking for...

  • Experience using and optimizing CRM techniques (inc segmentation, campaign planning, implementation, evaluation etc).
  • Experience managing a marketing promotional calendar.
  • Excellent B2C experience (either at a marketing agency, client side or in a CRM team).
  • Strong analytical skills (campaign tracking, performance monitoring, reporting, analysis etc).

Bonus points for...

  • Experience in app/gaming/eGaming.
