    Our client a test, instruments, research and consultancy organisation in construction and building serviceshave two openings for the role of Market Intelligence Analyst. You will focus on researching and analysing market data to implement and deliver projects for clients

    This role’s working pattern is 37 hours per week, 8.30 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Thursday, and 8.30 am to 4.30 pm on Friday with an hour for lunch. Benefits include a Pension Scheme and 26 days holiday per year (pro rata), childcare vouchers, etc. This is an office based role.


      Test, instruments, research and consultancy organisation in construction and building services providing specialist support services for design, construction, facilities management, product testing and market intelligence.

      A non-profit distributing member-based Association

      They employ 200+ people at the head office and at regionally based construction compliance offices throughout the UK; at offices in France, Spain, China, USA; and Associates in Northern Ireland, Japan, Brazil and Australia.


      Running market research projects from initial stage to their final publication: scoping deliverables, adhering to budgets and time scales, overseeing the achievement, overseeing the process

      Carrying out market research by means of desk research, phone interviews, face to face meetings and delivering market research analysis projects within agreed budget and timeline and to a standard identified

      Managing efficiency of business trip logistics

      Following agreed research methodology and applying analytical process to produce high quality reports helping clients to make informed business decisions

      Carrying out quality assessment and validation of reports within agreed projects before their publication

      Speaking to clients, answering queries, providing information as and when required

      Keeping track of major developments having impact on the market

      Writing press releases when required


      Bachelor’s degree in business studies, economics, linguistics or similar disciplines

      Knowledge of the specialism area

      Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English

      Knowledge of one or more European language (Italian, Spanish or German)

      Project management skills

      Report writing skills

      High commercial awareness

      Excellent MS Office skills

      Excellent analytical skills

      Accuracy and attention to detail

      Clear and confident communicator

      Good presentation skills

      Willingness to travel

      Proven commitment to professional development & enhancement
