Do you enjoy combining good customer service skills with an aptitude for helping people get the best from their software applications?

This company requires a Product Specialist (Customer Service Executive) to join their growing team. Your primary role will be to set up new clients on their cloud based Astute eLearning platform (full training will be given), provide 1-on-1 training (via Skype) to the client's administrators on how to get the best from the system and answer telephone and email enquiries from customers.

You may be in a similar role already, or you may be familiar with cloud-based application software (such as CRM, Financial Accounts, Project Management, ERP systems, etc.), and be keen to move into a product specialist role.

You will need to be strongly customer focused and offer a friendly and consultative approach.

You will need good IT skills, good attention to detail and good problem-solving skills. You'll need to work well under pressure, be able to work on your own initiative and be well organised. You'll also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office packages.

Although not essential previous experience in a training environment or administration background would also be advantageous.
