Estate Agency - Product Trainer- South West
Duties and Responsibilities:
·Lead the onboarding of new estate agent users through an effective implementation training cycle including individual and classroom training. ·Determine individual and collective training needs by visiting estate agent branches, observing daily sales progression business processes and policies, conferring with management and monitoring user performance results. ·Produce physical and digital training materials (e.g. videos and case studies) and improve learning effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques. ?·Collect feedback from users and report back on current and future user requirements to inform the product development roadmap. ·Report on the impact of training and user performance. ·Achieve sales training and implementation success criteria objectives.
·Proven work experience as an estate agency software trainer or similar B2B training environment would be preferred but is not essential.· Previous experience working as an Estate Agent is essential·Hands-on experience with web-based CRM systems and e-learning platforms. ·Knowledge of educational and presentation software including Webinar and PowerPoint. ·Additional certification in training management is a plus.

·The ability to motivate others and demonstrate drive and initiative in an external sales environment working independently within diverse external office locations. ·Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with people at all levels are essential·Strong organisational and planning skills and ability to manage activities to work within budget constraints. ·Self-confidence and the ability to perform to achieve personal objectives and KPIs.
The post holder will be able to:-
·Develop and deliver effective training programmes to new product users and support the development of existing product users through individual and classroom instruction. ·Motivate estate agents to recognise the benefits of products to become an indispensable part of their daily business processes and working routines. ·Communicate clearly with internal IT management and software designers and customer support teams. ·Ability to quickly set up and use audio visual and presentation equipment. ·Effectively use modern communication tools including smartphones and email, and selected social media platforms including Twitter and Facebook. ·Promote the company brands internally and externally across the industry as an enthusiastic and credible product champion.
