Hays Office Support are currently working with a legal firm based in York who are looking for a legal secretary to join their team.
Your new role
Within this role you will provide full secretarial cover for the fee earners, you will be taking calls from clients and taking detailed messages and emailing them to the relevant recipients. You will be organising legal hearings and completing other administration tasks as required including filing and photocopying.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need a typing speed of at least 70 words per minute. Experience within a legal position would be beneficial. You will need good attention to detail.
