Marketing Manager

An exciting new Marketing Manager role has arisen, looking for someone who is passionate about developing brand awareness and managing strategic and creative execution of online & offline marketing activities and collateral. Previous experience in fashion/apparel, mail order or catalogue marketing would be advantageous.

Marketing Manager - The Job Role

To formulate and implement Marketing Strategies to build brand loyalty and drive growth in online and offline sales in a B2B environment

Working with the Design Team and Category Managers to support innovation in product development through internal resources and via external agencies

To ensure all communication reflects the values of the brand

Liaise & support Sales & Trading teams: to take the lead on the planning and execution of omni-channel marketing strategy for the long term, as well as managing the day-to-day operations of the marketing function

Increase brand recognition and build customer loyalty amongst target audience

Monitor and review competitor/market activity

Work in partnership with E-Commerce & Social Media team to align digital and print communications.

Manage print/POS/exhibition stands etc.

Production from briefing to final stage

Project manage exhibition/trade show opportunities

Conduct negotiations with 3rd party suppliers including creative and PR agencies

Manage departmental budget and critical path deadlines

Analyse results and effectiveness of each activity and campaign

Marketing Manager - The Person Specification

Proven experience at Marketing Manager level, or similar position (min. 4 years), managing across full marketing mix

Experience within a B2B marketing environment - advantageous

Budget management

Ability to project manage multiple projects ad hoc and integrated campaigns through to completion

A great team player

Keen to develop own knowledge and coach others, contribute to the success of the department

Exceptional communication and effective time management skills

Ability to adapt and thrive in an ever evolving environment

Commercially astute balanced with creativity; a solutions focus with the ability to 'think out of the box'

Microsoft Office literate, and understanding of Adobe Creative Suite
