Job Title: Marketing Graphic Designer

Location: Hoddesdon (office based)

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Salary: £30,000- £40,000 (dependent on experience)

Hours: Full Time, Monday- Friday 8.30am- 5.00pm

You will bring with you the ability to manage large client accounts as well as the enthusiasm and aptitude to learn a whole new industry and product range.

Seeking a senior Marketing Graphic Designer, with previous experience in product design to join a market leader in its industry. Joining a small team and reporting to the Directors, you will play an integral part of the design team and will need to have a creative mind-set and long-term product vision.

The Job

·Manage design projects from conception to completion

·Product & packaging design

·Ensure brand consistency throughout all graphics/product design

·Fully manage all aspects of social media marketing

·Creation of marketing materials including leaflets, magazines, brochures etc.

·General website design & maintenance

·Banner design, social media imagery, photography, re-touching etc.

·Conduct market analysis, tracking markets all over the world

·Identify key trends & implement these into both graphic & product design

·Take a creative, innovative approach

Person Specification

·Strong background within Graphic Design

·Previous experience in product & packaging design

·Proficiency in Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Lightroom & InDesign)

·Experience with 3D rendering

·Skilled in social media marketing- you must be capable of managing various social media platforms

·Experience in creating marketing materials, both print and digital

·Experience in photography & lighting

·Website design & maintenance (ability to use, or learn to use Webflow)

·Team player, personable, positive approach

·Ability to investigate & analyse different markets & identify new trends
