Marketing Manager – Scientific Measurement Instrumentation
Our client is a global market leader in the provision of measuring and monitoring instrumentation applications for use in Meteorology, Environmental, Energy and Infrastructure sectors.
They are seeking a qualified and professional Marketing Manager to join their Sales and Marketing Team and be responsible for developing, maintaining, communicating and implementing Europe-wide marketing strategies to meet the company’s objectives. This is informed by evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
Key responsibilities include managing the overall marketing, PR and communications strategy, developing Market Research initiatives, brand management and enhancement, working with the Sales Manager to devise a strategy to increase demand, promotion of the company’s products via a range of media, planning trade shows and conferences and managing tender processes.
High standard of education ideally with CIM or other professional qualification.
Proven experience working in Marketing and/or Sales with a good understanding of digital media and knowledge of creative software.
An understanding of scientific or engineering principles would be an advantage.
Effective communicator, analytical and strategic thinking, information management and data analysis, team worker, commercial awareness, high level of creativity and project management skills.
