Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Talent & People Analytics Specialist to join their team based in Eastleigh. You will be there on a full time, permanent basis and be paid a competitive salary of Circa £50,000 per annum.

About the Talent & People Analytics Specialist role;

They are actively recruiting for an experienced and highly driven Talent and People Analytics Specialist to lead their talent analytics and workforce planning team. Working in a rapidly changing environment the Talent and People Analytics Specialist will collaborate across the entire business to support and review current talent planning strategies, identifying skill and capability gaps, implementing development plans and working closely with the people development team.

The successful candidate will take the lead on all people data and analytics in the business including workforce planning, recruitment and attraction analysis. Predictive recruitment, the analysis of internal mobility, attrition, onboarding, performance management along with learning and development will also form part of this role.

Skills and Experience required of their Talent & People Analytics Specialist;

This is a great opportunity to really add value, pick up on projects that have started but also design and deliver your own. You will have a strong background in talent management, workforce planning or analytics and be highly numerate. You will be CIPD qualified with a relevant degree of professional qualification. You will also need strong people management and interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication. Above all, you’ll be motivated by the changes to drive the talent and analytics agenda in a high performing organisation.
