It’s a fast paced environment and you will be required to cover all areas of marketing with this role, some in detail and others with support from a established internal marketing department and the best consultants from their sectors. It will be your responsibility to pull everything together. You will have a great autonomy as well as being held accountable for delivering results.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Develop marketing strategy

- Monitor strategy success through Weekly and monthly KPI reporting

- Manage and monitor budgets ensuring ROI is met

- Provide accurate and detailed forecasts

- Create and own the annual marketing plan, responsible from inception through to implementation and analysis

- Transparent and excellent communication skills

- Create and roll out campaigns from within your marketing plan across all channels on and off-line

- Traditional Marketing Channels include: Printed brochures, Posters, leaflets, Copywriting and PR

- Digital Marketing Channels include: Social, eCRM, PR, Search Marketing, User Experience and e-commerce

- Digital Project Management and launch of a new e-commerce store

- Monitoring campaign effectiveness

- Oversee the organisation of both internal and external promotional activities, ensuring they are carried out efficiently and on-time

- Develop and maintain systems and processes, which enable the team to carry out and report on its activities efficiently and effectively

- Act as Brand Guardian for a multitude of ‘natural beauty & health’ brands

- Managing internal team members, outsourced freelancers and agencies

You will enjoy this role if you have:

·Proven marketing campaign planning experience and track record in driving revenue

·Excellent project management, and planning skills

·Comfortable marketing to both trade and the consumer

·Solid stakeholder management skills & experience

·Experience of working with eCRM systems

·Must be extremely well organised

·Roll your sleeves up and be very hands on

·Commercially savvy

·Work best in a fast paced environment

· Knowledge of the Natural market

  • Will have previous experience as a Marketing Manager
  • Will have strong management skills
  • Will have strong project management experience
  • You will be self-sufficient, bright and self-motivator
  • An organized individual with a creative mind, strong attention to detail and consistency across all mediums
  • Have a can do attitude, be adaptable to change and have the ability to work to specific targets and deadlines
  • Excellent communicator and presentation skills, able to deal with internal and external clients at all levels, and present concepts and ideas effectively
