Project Manager Marketing/Advertising
King's CrossWe are looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to complement our growing Programme Management Team.
You will take day to day responsibility for the delivery of attraction, recruitment and communications projects including (but not limited to) artwork production, print production, brochures, exhibition stands, web builds, videos, and other multi-media deliverables across a range of clients. You will work closely with the Senior Project Manager to make sure each project is delivered within the agreed timescales, budget & quality criteria, as well as to identify any risks and escalate accordingly. As a member of the Programme Management team, you will work closely with each client account team, playing a major role in communicating with and advising clients regularly on project management best practices, thus supporting the achievement of desired outcomes.
You will be experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously and have a wide knowledge and understanding of communications collateral in order to identify the most appropriate channels for clients. You will work with a range of internal teams including creative, digital, media planning and production to ensure work is delivered on budget and to deadline. You will have a friendly, outgoing yet robust personality and the confidence to establish successful working relationships with clients, colleagues and suppliers.Excellent attention to detail, MS Office proficiency and a high standard of English are paramount. MS Project proficiency would be advantageous.Please note that only applicants with relevant marketing, advertising or recruitment communications experience will be considered.Closing date: 17 January 2018
