What will I do as a Product Manager at Krispy Kreme?·Engage your team by providing clarity of departmental goals through regular communication on a one to one and team basis. Ensure that your team understand their own personal contribution to the Business plan goals from day one and through store-based training and coaching are adept at executing their own role.·Ensure that all team members are managed consistently and fairly, taking consistent action with poor performance, and encouraging and recognising good performance.·Plan for successful new product launches by ensuring all ingredients are available and your team are fully trained.·Ensure consistent product quality that complies with company standard and exceeds customer expectation.·Support, brief and deliver training of all new products with 100% compliance to Brand Standard.Encourage compliance with all systems, policies and procedures, including; Safety, product freshness, brand standards, etc.Responsible for the hygiene, cleanliness, food safety and employee/guest safety within production and processing area. Consistent achievements of H&S audits and follow up.·Assist in the achievement of the monthly COGs plan, particularly through minimising waste. Participate in the investigation of any company-wide raw materials quality issues.Support the control of the labour expenditure through compliance with ABC schedules. Weekly input with Back of House manager for sign off with the General Manager.Ensure correct maintenance of equipment to reduce spends on equipment repairs/parts and replacement.·Support accurate stock management and rotation with exec team. Work alongside BOH manager to investigate any variances on weekly stock counts.
What skills and experience do you need to be successful at Krispy Kreme?
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
• Previous management experience within food manufacturing (advantageous)
• Flexible and adaptable with a can-do attitude
• Proven line management skills in managing teams of 10-20 people
• Ability to create an engaging, rewarding working environment
• Experience of working with a production line (advantageous)
• Ability to work to company brand standards and lead by example to encourage your team to do the same
• Proof of right to work in the UK
