Role: Administrator (Marketing Industry)

Location: Leeds

Hours: 9.00 - 5.00

Salary: £8.00

Contract: 3 months

Start date: January

We are currently Recruiting on behalf of a Creative Agency for a temporary Administrator to assist the Project Manager during a busy period.

The successful candidate must be able to hit the ground running and able to use their initiative as the role will not always be supervised.

Responsibilities:

  • General administration to support the Project Manager
  • Taking calls and messages from suppliers, external parties
  • Using In-House system to enter data, fetch information
  • Raising PO requests
  • Ordering stock for the workshop
  • Running reports

Requirements:

  • Previous Office experience
  • Competent in Microsoft Office
  • Professional and confident telephone manner
  • Pro active and ability to use own initiative
