We are currently Recruiting on behalf of a Creative Agency for a temporary Administrator to assist the Project Manager during a busy period.
The successful candidate must be able to hit the ground running and able to use their initiative as the role will not always be supervised.
- General administration to support the Project Manager
- Taking calls and messages from suppliers, external parties
- Using In-House system to enter data, fetch information
- Raising PO requests
- Ordering stock for the workshop
- Running reports
- Previous Office experience
- Competent in Microsoft Office
- Professional and confident telephone manner
- Pro active and ability to use own initiative
