Campaign Manager with excellent management and leadership skills is required by a leading Charity based in Reading, Berkshire.

SALARY: £33,500 - £35,400 pro rata

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Campaign Manager with excellent management and leadership skills.

Working as the Campaign Manager you will head a highly motivated team, and will have the opportunity to deliver a wide range of interesting marketing campaigns.

As the Campaign Manager, you will also contribute to strategy along with managing data and product developments.

Your duties and responsibilities as the Campaign Manager:

  • Overseeing the team that deliver all aspects of the marketing campaign
  • Inputting into the wider fundraising plan and the strategies for delivering short and long term goals
  • Identifying analysis required to understand marketing campaign trends and supporter behaviour and ensuring maximisation of Returns on Investment

  • Confidence, motivation, organisation skills along with good time management, prioritisation and negotiating skills
  • Proven track record and experience in a results-driven direct marketing environment with managing budgets and a variety of projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of budget setting, monitoring and re-forecasting, and a good understanding of direct marketing principles and techniques
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
