On their behalf, 4c seek to appoint a Head of Marketing for Northern Ireland to play a key role in the strategic development of the company in Northern Ireland. Reporting to the Marketing Director, the purpose of this role is to grow the brand in NI through the creation and execution of a commercial plan and through consumer communications. Leading and developing a large marketing team, the Head of Marketing will be responsible for all brand communications including digital, PR (including brand associations and sponsorship initiatives) and on-site activities. They will work closely with colleagues in the wider group to develop annual commercial plans and project manage delivery, as well as sharing best practice and chairing cross-functional forums where appropriate.

Applicants should possess the following skills and attributes:

·Significant experience in a marketing management role in a fast paced, dynamic and innovative environment.

·A proven ability to lead, engage and develop a team.

·Evidence of effectively managing a significant marketing budget.

·A track record of delivering measurable outputs and results.

·Demonstrable experience of collaborating with and influencing colleagues and senior stakeholders.

·Previous experience of marketing management within a fast-paced or “brand” based environment (i.e. FMCG, retail sector) would be desirable.

·A 3rd level Marketing or Business qualification, ideally including digital marketing.
