Business Development Manager

We’re currently working with a fantastic business who specialise in technical sales and engineering outsourcing for the insurance and accident management sectors. Their mission is to provide innovative, bespoke solutions with cost effectiveness for business outsourcing. Their foundations are built on honesty, integrity and a service that is second to none!

They already work with a lot of well-known major insurance and claim management companies and are now looking to increase their client base.

As a result of their continued success, they are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to develop business within the insurance market with a view to working with them on a preferred supplier basis. Their solutions are unique, timely and very cost effective.

The role will be both office and field based, developing leads and following through to close. Although there will be more of a focus on new business focus initially, you will manage the new accounts you bring on as well as inheriting others. The business is well-known within the insurance and claims management sector so it’s unlikely you’ll be approaching clients who will not know of them!

The basic salary is up to £50,000 and the package comes with an additional OTE of around £20,000 which is completely uncapped. You will be provided with a car or car allowance, laptop and mobile.
