Junior Category Development Manager FMCG
Our client is a multi-national food business with a world class product portfolio and excellent trading relationships with the major UK grocery multiples. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to recruit a Junior Category Development Manager to support the Sales & Marketing teams with meaningful data analysis & insight into the UK’s largest grocery retailers. One of your key remits will be to use available research data to develop growth-focused category presentations.
Working across a portfolio of both branded and private label product, you will have strong analytical and communication skills and, ideally, an exposure to the UK FMCG sector in your current role which could be either in sales, customer or trade marketing, category management or business analysis.
You will have first class Excel skills, a highly analytical mind & be educated to degree level.

You will be energetic and enthusiastic, with the ability to communicate and build relationships at all levels both within the business, but also with the customer and external agencies. Strong numeracy & Excel skills are essential.
