We are looking for a Multi-Channel Customer Insight Analyst to join our fast paced marketing team. You will be the data expert in the team and the go-to person for customer and marketing performance insight.
You will be responsible for proactively mining and analysing visit and transactional data online and in-store to provide insight into customer behaviour and campaign performance. You will then present this information to stakeholders across the business to help drive and inform the multi-channel marketing strategy.
Mathematical/Statistics based degree
A minimum of 2 years experience in a data analytics role within a commercial environment, retail would be very desirable.
Excellent statistical analysis skills, a creative problem solver and solid attention to detail are all essential. A proven ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities coupled with strong communication, influencing and presentation skills. Knowledge of web analytics (Google Analytics) and Adobe Campaign/Neolane. We also require someone that's familiar with database structures and data transfer protocols.
