Network Solution Architect / Network Architect - Home Based / UK Wide We are currently seeking a Network Solution Architect for a leading IT and Telecoms Service Provider. The role of the Network Solution Architect will be to work with clients and stakeholders to elicit, analyse, communicate and validate requirements in order to help identify business problems and propose solutions. You will be based from home however will be required to travel as required to customer sites. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing solutions that will resolve a customer's business issues, whilst evoking confidence in products and platform and removing all technical objections in the sales cycle. In executing the you will require a strong understanding of how our technology can resolve business issues, possess a consultative sales approach and understand the importance of team work. You will be require experienced individual with excellent communication, listening, presentation and writing skills together with the ability to identify the customer's pain and translate it to selling points. To work successfully in this role, you will hold a solid understanding of networks and LAN/WAN design, knowledge of firewalling and an understanding of wireless networking. You will understand network protocols within an IP environment and understand the sales and service delivery cycle within a service provider environment. Your technical skills will be backed by professional qualifications. You will hold a tenacious and analytical mind and hold a strong ability to work under pressure, prioritise effectively and deliver to demanding timeframes.
