Full Time

For over 50 years our research has saved lives. We've broken new ground, revolutionised treatments and transformed care. But heart and circulatory disease still kills one in four people in the UK. That's why we need you.

About the role

Our busy Research Funds Team is a talented Grants Manager to support the Joint Heads of Research Funds in implementing BHF's research funding strategy. You will have key responsibility for management of our Fellowships Committee and all grant applications and awards associated with that committee but be expected to cover the work of the other Grants Managers in relation to all committees.

About you

The successful applicant will ideally be in a similar role for a grant awarding charity or not-for-profit organisation. You'll be a highly organised line manager and team player, with the ability to problem solve, use financial and budget information and communicate effectively to all levels of the organisation.

Able to build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, you'll be a strong leader, be customer focused and have a professional approach to work, managing deadlines and prioritising effectively.
