Lighting Maintenance Engineer Mobile Electrician
This is a mobile role to cover an area from Weston- Super-Mare over to Swindon but ideally we would like someone based central to patch in or around the Bristol or BS postal codes
Managing the Lighting Maintenance for Large Retail Chains including the large DIY and High Street names. £26,000 to £36,000 OTE including negotiable Basic £18,500 to £21,000 + £500 per month Guarantee whilst training + Company Van + Pension + Career Prospects Engineers earn between £7k and £10,000 bonus the very good earn £10k to £12,000 and the exceptional earn between £12,000 and £15,000 + per year in Bonus on top of their Basic.
Ideally you will be Qualified to C&G 2360 parts 1 & 2 or C&G 2330 and 17th edition with experience of being a mobile maintenance engineer, preferably in lighting maintenance. Experience of working with 3-phase power systems. You will enjoy being in a mobile role (usually on your own but working as part of a National and Regional team) covering your own geographical area. You will also need to be able to demonstrate a successful track record of employment not flitting from contract to contract or job to job. As your work is managed via a PDA you will also need to be IT literate or at least not afraid of it. Above all you must be an honest, hard working, money motivated individual who understands the value of customer satisfaction.

First years expected earnings will be in the region of £26,000 to £31,00 and the top engineers are earning c£36,000 to £40,000, the package includes a flexible basic salary of approximately £18,500 to £21,000 depending upon experience etc) plus an unlimited bonus that will realistically pay between 30% and 70% of the basic This bonus is based on turnover and there will be no shortage of work.. You will also be provided van, uniform, phone, fuel cards and PPE equipment. We expect engineers to provide their own hand tools. We use a paperless system whereby the engineers use PDA's to compete all of their job sheets so applicants must be computer literate. For the money motivated the bonus structure a great way to ensure you are paid extra for being better, it is very achievable and easily beatable ... it is there to put of those who are carried by others and to reward those who are perhaps a little more focussed and go the extra mile.
