Our Newark-based client is looking for a Marketing Administrator to join their busy sales office on a full time basis.
Duties to include:
·Organising deliveries of samples for shows
·Assisting with advertising shows online
·Mail out Marketing Material including Brochures, Price Lists and POS to customers
·Dealing with marketing enquiries via telephone, emails and websites
·Supporting the Sales Team – ensure they have all necessary marketing material and assist with any requests
·Ensure all Customer Databases and Mailing Lists are up to date (Excel Files)
·Assist with update of the Social Media and websites
Candidates must have:
·A strong customer service focus
·Previous Marketing Admin experience
·Excellent communication skills
This role will be temporary initially, but will become permanent after a 12-week qualifying period for the right candidate.
