We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to support and oversee the progress of Looked after Children (LAC) within the academy. This role plays a crucial part in our inclusive school, to provide personalised support and intervention to our most vulnerable students.

The role will include in class support, mentoring and a proactive role in liaising with parents/carers, social workers and other relevant key professionals to promote progress academically, emotionally and socially.

Experience of working with or caring for children of relevant age and an understanding of the possible barriers which may prevent young people from making progress, is essential.
