WLM St Luke’s is a unique community space in Kennington, Lambeth. We provide communal accommodation for low income workers, offices for local start-ups and a wide range of support and education projects for local residents.

We are seeking someone who will work collaboratively with our Financial Resilience Team and take responsibility for the property management side of the hub, ensuring all accommodation and space is let and managed well.

You will work autonomously and will need to demonstrate initiative and experience in letting accommodation and managing property. You will also ensure that high standards of hygiene, health and safety and maintenance are promoted, whilst supporting wider activities in the service. You will need to be sympathetic to vulnerable people and in-tune with our values.
