Employment Legal Secretary. This is a fantastic opportunity for an employment legal secretary to join a Bristol law firm. The successful employment legal secretary will be required to produce standard and routine documentation, letters, emails, reports, court documents and forms using both legal and routine vocabulary. The employment legal secretary will also require dealing with:

•    Telephone calls
•    Act as first point of contact for clients
•    Maintain diaries
•    Liaise with Counsel, arrange meetings and conferences
•    Deal with general office administration
•    Liaise with clients, defendants witnesses and experts to obtain information

Skills required:

Good IT skills.

•    Ability to produce stock letters, forms and documents for clients, defendants, third parties, the court, extracting the information required from the case file.
•    Ability to work quickly, accurately and to deadlines.

•    Takes proactive steps to assist with case management as appropriate.
•    Excellent organisational and time management skills.
•    Good interpersonal /communication skills.
•    Good client care skills.
•    Ability to work flexibly and cooperatively with others.
•    Competent in use of Microsoft office.
•    Previous experience of personal injury, employment or criminal highly desirable.

Salary Circa £19,000-£20,000
