As the leading international professional body in health and safety, we now have an exciting opportunity within our Finance and Governance Directorate. As an experienced governance professional, you will lead on all aspects of our corporate governance systems, structures and corporate services including Board, Council and Committee support.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining and developing a culture of good information governance across the organisation and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
We’re looking for someone who can unpack the complexities of our corporate governance and find ways of building more effective policies and processes. You should be a skilled communicator and relationship builder, capable of delivering effective quality assurance and upholding strong ethical practice across our organisation.
Based at our head office, just 10 minutes from Leicester city centre and reporting directly to the Director of Finance and Governance, the role will play an integral part in supporting IOSH to achieve its strategic goals as a global charitable membership body with a commercial trading arm.
