Are you a self-motivated and sharp minded leader looking to apply your health and social care expertise and knowledge at the UKs leading cancer support charity dedicated to supporting people affected by cancer?

The role
Reporting to the Head of Services you will be responsible for the identification, development and maintenance of strategic health partnerships, networks and relationships both inside and outside of Macmillan. As a key member of the senior team you will use your leadership skills to manage, develop and support a team of Partnership Managers to continuously develop, implement and improve the quality of existing and new cancer services both Macmillan and non Macmillan.

The successful candidate will be able to evidence operating at a senior level in the field of health and social care in a planning or service delivery role. You will have a track record of developing evidence/insight based services that have translated geographical strategies into successful operational plans and budgets that have delivered on agreed outcomes and service standards to budget.
