Accounts Bookkeeper / Office Administrator Rugby £20,000 - £22,000 Company Background: We are a growing technology company supplying restaurants, pubs and hotels with a comprehensive EPOS software. We are looking for the right person to join our accounts team in our Rugby Office as a Bookkeeper / Administrator. You will report directly to the Financial Controller and Managing Director. Main Duties & Responsibilities Perform the day to day processing of invoices and accounts payables Complete our monthly billing cycle ensuring stick times and procedures around Direct Debit Collections are adhered to Work with our end clients with all accounts and billing queries Ensure office is stocked with stationary needs General office admin, meter readings, post and other reception duties Bank reconciliation Key Strengths & Skills We are looking for someone who can demonstrate to us that you have or are able to: You have strong administration & computer skills, be able to use own initiative & work without supervision, be honest and reliable and to be able to work as part of a small team. You must be organised, tidy and to be able to follow and develop processes and procedures. Candidate must be proficient in accountancy based programs especially Xero and have experience in accountancy roles. You need to understand customer relation programs CRM You must have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail You must maintain confidentiality concerning Financial and Employee Files Effective written and verbal communication skills Other Info Working hours: Monday - Friday 9am : 6pm Salary: £20000 - £22000 depending on skills and experience Corporate perk schemes based on performance
