Service Desk Analyst - Wakefield - Huge Progression Potential An exciting opportunity has become available within an expanding retail technology solutions organisation. This position is the perfect opportunity for an energetic and passionate Support Analyst who is looking to gain invaluable experience within a growing company. Based on the outskirts of Leeds, my client offers unrivalled training and growth within a customer facing support position. A desirable candidate will have at least 1 years' experience in a 1st line support role. They will also be technically minded and comfortable dealing with customers professionally over the phone whilst under pressure. Experience with SQL or any other development languages would be hugely beneficial. Key Responsibilities: ** Provide excellent customer service. ** Ensure that all issues are logged, prioritised and resolved within SLA's. ** Troubleshoot and resolves issues on first contact. **Maintain ownership of incidents, ensuring status update and resolution according to SLA's. ** Escalate calls to second line support.
