Claims Management Specialist – Dorking – Full Time – Up to £26,500 + 8.5% Performance Bonus + Excellent Benefits Are you an experienced insurance claims handler? The Role As a Claims Management Specialist you will proactively manage claims administered by Unum, providing the financial security and support to enable our customers to focus on recovery whilst developing and maintaining strong customer relationships within and outside the company. Your ability to build relationships will be invaluable in the investigating and communicating of claims in a timely and appropriate manner. You will investigate all claims, reaching a decision as to initial liability and continued validity through the application of medical knowledge and the accurate interpretation of policy documentation. Identify and obtain all information necessary to the validation of each claim. You will work closely with the Customer Care rehabilitation team in promoting and assisting claimants returning to work.
