Joining on a full time permanent basis, you will receive a competitive salary of £20,000 - £23,000 subject to experience plus monthly bonus structure. Can you deliver First page search rankings? We specialise in digital marketing with search engine optimisation at the heart of our business. Our other digital services include pay per click, social media, web design and development, copywriting, branding, email and anything digital. We’ve expanded our office space a total of 5 times and are committed to recruiting the best staff to help us deliver an excellent digital service to our clients. To help us deliver this service we’re looking for a new Technical Customer Services Account Executive to join our team. The role of Technical Customer Services Executive is pivotal in helping us provide our clients with affordable digital solutions and helping manage their online strategies. Your responsibilities as the Technical Customer Services Executive will include managing your own client base of existing and new clients, developing client relationships, delivering a range of digital marketing services, managing digital marketing strategies and taking appropriate actions to improve performance. We’re looking for experienced marketers to join our team so the following skills would be beneficial: - SEO experience - Understanding of SEO best practices and White Hat strategies - Experience managing business social media accounts - Knowledge of Google webmaster guidelines - Familiarity of Google Search Console, Analytics, Majestic SEO and Moz You will need to be a team player and have great time management skills and the ability to manage your own workload as well as excellent communication skills.
