Role - Maintenance Engineer Location - Lytham St Annes Salary - Competitive My client a manufacturing company based in Lytham is looking for a Mechanically Biased Maintenance Engineer to join their busy team. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be carrying out planned preventative maintenance tasks on a wide range of plant and manufacturing machinery and also be carrying out electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repairs. You will assist in developing and continuously improving preventative and predictive maintenance routines and support production and engineering team in achieving KPI's. You will also work with equipment suppliers on new equipment, installations and modifications and be responsible for updating the maintenance management system. Skills required: Experienced maintenance Engineer with a Mechanical bias Experience of a multi-skilled manufacturing engineering environment Carrying out pre-planned maintenance/continuous improvement/project work Engineering qualification Strong mechanical skills with some electrical skills Ability to fault find on electrical systems or mechanical machinery Manufacturing background Experience of industrial machinery maintenance Some experience of Milling, Turning and Welding would be ideal
