Senior Inbound Marketing Executive

Location: London

F1000Workspace - an award-winning suite of tools to discover references, annotate and discuss them, and to support the writing of articles.

F1000Prime - an expert-based article recommendation and literature awareness tool.

F1000Research - the provider of open science publishing platforms that are transforming how research is shared and reviewed.

Duties of the Senior Inbound Marketing Executive:

  • Optimize our client's marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, live chat services, content and social channels.
  • Establish closed-loop analytics with the sales team to understand how their inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine their process to convert customers.
  • Build and manage rich content to attract a qualified audience (including blog posts, whitepapers, reports, webinars, infographics etc.).
  • Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages and lead generation content (including offers).

Requirements of the Senior Inbound Marketing Executive:

  • Proficiency in marketing automation and blogging software to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads and nurture them into customers.
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform decisions.
  • Excellent writing skills and good attention to detail.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Marketing experience.
  • Able to work autonomously and also be a good team player.
  • Bonus skills: proficiency in HubSpot, Google Analytics, HTML/CSS, copywriting.
