Reporting into the Managing Director, as HR Manager, up to £45k, based in Andover, you will sit on the Senior Management Team of this entrepreneurial SME. With full responsibility for delivering the people strategy you will also provide operational advice and support on HR matters for this stand alone role. This will include Recruitment, Employee Relations, supporting and coaching the Senior Management Team, Talent and Succession Planning, designing and developing training strategies, Employee Well-being, Organisational Change, and Policy development. CIPD qualified, as an experienced HR Manager, you will have worked within an SME, within Engineering/ Manufacturing with strong values and ethics to apply from a HR perspective.
