2nd Line Support - Herefordshire £27,000 - £32,000 As a 2nd Line Support Technician you will work on assigned tickets and resolve the majority of them using your skills and experience. You will decide when issues need to be escalated, work on infrastructure projects and act as an Incident Manager should a P1 ticket come in. As a 2nd Line Support Technician you will be responsible for; Fault finding on a range of network tools, hardware and software application and ensuring that resolutions are within SLAs Daily and weekly checks of the systems in place to maintain compliance with business standards Maintaining detailed technical documentation to support the IT Operations function Experience and knowledge required includes; Windows Server 2003/2008 operating systems - AD DS, DNS, Sharepoint Exchange Server 2007/2010 Active Directory Service desk environment / ITIL frameworks 2nd Line Support - Herefordshire Parity Professionals - Source, Develop, Transform Parity Professionals Ltd acts in the capacity of an Employment Agency when providing permanent recruitment services.
