Graduate Application Support Analyst - London Bridge We are looking for an energetic and intelligent Graduate to join this fast growing, buzzy start-up business as an Application Support Analyst. This organisation are currently on a huge growth curve, so this is an exciting time to join and be the first within this department. You will play a pivotal part in supporting and Troubleshooting a bespoke product that is already having a huge impact within it's space. You'll be the 1st line of contact with users, solving any issues they're having with the platform. Responsibilities Include: Acting as the main point of contact for any technical issues for both users and team members Liaising directly with the development team to work through any bugs on the platform Wholly responsible for managing the ticketing system and prioritisation of fixes Interacting directly with users over the platform's instant chat feature to quickly and efficiently resolve user queries Involvement with testing new releases before they are pushed to the live site to minimise bugs Subject matter expert on everything to do with the platform and partner integrations Resolving in office IT queries About you You'll thrive on working in a fast paced, start-up environment, getting involved in all elements of supporting amazing products that users love. You'll be technically and analytically minded and love problem solving. You don't have to have a lot of experience but enthusiasm to learn new skills and develop your career.
